The City of Ottawa’s Planning, Infrastructure and Economic DevelopmentDepartment has received an application for a site plan control proposal and zoning bylaw amendment for the construction of a 14-storey building at the municipal address known as 20 Mountain Crescent.
The new 12-storey mid-rise residential apartment dwelling will include 151 units and a total of 102 below-grade parking spaces. The site is located near the South Keys Mall, north of Hunt Club Road and west of Bank Street. Access to parking will be located off Mountain Crescent and pedestrian access to the building will be from the Dazé Street frontage. More information can be found by visiting here.
