Community safety is my number one priority and ensuring that residents have access to safe pedestrian crossings is of the utmost importance. This fall, a new pedestrian crossover (PXO) will be installed on Lorry Greenberg Drive, north of Scarlet Court.
This PXO will provide a safe connection for pedestrians using the Greenboro pathway to access the Southgate Ball Diamond, Bruff Park, and for those continuing on to Hunt Club Park.
Work to install the PXO will begin this fall, weather permitting. Signage will be posted on site to denote any traffic impacts or impacts to pedestrian/cyclists movements. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact my office at Diane.deans@ottawa.ca
