The City of Ottawa’s Planning, Infrastructure and Economic Development Department has received an application for a site plan control proposal for the expansion of the existing facility at the site, known municipally as 2480 Walkley Road.
The new building will contain approximately 17,380 square metres of office floor area within a four-storey building, with approximately 2,875 square metres of retail. As part of the project, the Walkley/Melfort intersection will become fully signalized and the median break closed.
