Official Launch of the Building Better Revitalized Neighbourhoods Initiative in Albion-Heatherington and Fairlea

On Saturday February 18th, the Building Better Revitalized Neighbourhoods (BBRN) initiative was officially launched at the Winter Carnival in Albion-Heatherington. The goal of this project is to create neighbourhoods with a healthy mix of housing options, commercial, and employment areas that will improve the livability for residents. BBRN is a huge undertaking and at the heart of this process will be community engagement with both residents that live in the neighbourhood and with our community and business partners.

The Winter Carnival was the first of many opportunities that residents will have to tell BBRN project staff what they love about their community and what they need to see it grow and flourish.

Visit the BBRN website for more information of this exciting initiative.
